Our Aircraft
1) Czech Sport Aircraft (CSA) PiperSport N805PS, and 2) (CZAW) Czech Sport Aircraft SportCruiser N642JB are "Light Sport Aircraft" operated by Vector Sport Aviation. They are ASTM-certified, FAA approved factory-built aircraft known as S-LSA, or Special Light-Sport Aircraft. The FAA mandates that Light Sport Aircraft must be developed under ASTM standards and conform to certain specifications which make them easy to fly, easy to maintain, and inexpensive to operate. Some of these are:

• 1320 lbs.or less maximum weight
• Fixed landing gear (not retractable)
• Not faster than 120 knots (138 mph)
• Not more than 2 seats
• Must be able to fly at 45 knots (51 mph) or less

These aircraft have an all-metal fuselage, a 46"-wide cockpit (much wider than most training aircraft), comfortable leather seating, and modern "glass" instrument panels. These aircraft also burn about half as much fuel as most other training aircraft and have an amazing 600 mile range.
