Flight Training, Instruction & Rental Documents Minimize
New Students/Renters:
Download and complete the Pilot Admin Records Package documents. Admin records must be set up for any pilot who trains, instructs, or rents aircraft at Vector Sport Aviation. Each new pilot should have a folder assembled by that pilot's VSA instructor. This package contains:
- Admin Records Cover Sheet/Checklist
- Pilot Information Sheet
- Aircraft Rental Agreement
- 2nd copy of Rental Agreement for renter
- Liability Release Form
Please note that all pilots should be familiar with the operational policies in the Flight Operations Manual, and a liability release form is to be signed by anyone flying in an aircraft owned by Vector Sport Aviation.
